Singing and songs
 

Singing a song uses so many areas of the brain that it is a total brain work out. Think about the work that singing can do for speech development, breathing, self-esteem, group participation and posture. It is a powerful mix. And listening to a song makes the best possible use of all the connections that our brains are capable of making, linking left and right brain activity in a way that has few equals.
